For many, this is where the journey begins.

Over time, working closely with so many of you, I began to see something more…

That behind the questions, the uncertainty, and the search for guidance — there were deeper patterns rooted in past experiences, held not just in the mind, but in the body.

And from this understanding, my work has naturally evolved.

A structured, intuitive, and deeply effective approach designed to resolve trauma at its root — working with the nervous system, the body, and the unconscious patterns that keep us stuck.

Now, with the addition of Oxygen Advantage breathwork, this work has deepened even further.

Because true healing is not just about understanding…

It is about regulation, release, and reconnection.

This integration allows for: calming and regulating the nervous system releasing held emotional patterns from the body restoring a sense of inner safety and balance
