The Mind Body Healing Process. (TMBHP) was created from both professional experience and something much deeper—my own healing journey.
After struggling with Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck for many years, I knew there had to be another way.
And there is.
Because stress and trauma is not just what happened to you…
it’s what stayed within your mind, your body, and your nervous system afterwards.

Step 2: Releasing the Emotional Charge
This is the heart of the process.
Without needing to revisit painful memories, we work with your unconscious mind to release the emotional charge connected to past experiences.
Stress and trauma is not just something we think about—it is something the body holds.
It lives within the nervous system, particularly in the limbic system, which governs emotional responses and survival patterns.
When trauma is unresolved, the nervous system remains on high alert—creating ongoing anxiety, overwhelm, and distress.
In this step, TMBHP helps to settle and regulate the nervous system, allowing your body to recognise that the threat is no longer present.
As this happens, the emotional charge is released - not by reliving the past, but by allowing it to be processed safely.
