I trained with the British Reflexology Association — the founder training centre in the UK — whose standards are internationally recognised, ensuring a professional and trusted approach to treatment.
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy therapy that supports deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic restoration. By working with subtle energy, Reiki helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and encourage a greater sense of inner peace and wellbeing. Many clients experience a feeling of lightness, clarity, and renewal after a session. Reiki can be received as a beautiful stand-alone treatment or combined with Reflexology to enhance relaxation and deepen the overall healing experience.
